UGN Security Forums UGN Security: Underground General pc wont recognize my monitor

i had to upgrade my motherboard and processor. so, i just bought another shell, and transfered everything over, excluding the new parts. now, upon starting the pc up, nothing comes up on the monitor. any suggestions?
