At a campaign stop in West Virginia, US President George W. Bush defended the decision to invade Iraq, calling the campaign a �catastrophic success�.

"I want to remind you that Saddam Hussein had the capability of making weapons of mass destruction, and he could have passed that capability on," Bush said, also admitting that WMD�s have not yet been found.

Democratic VP contender John Edwards said Bush was �half right," explaining, "It was catastrophic to rush to war without a plan to win the peace."
