Computer maker Hewlett-Packard has outsold Dell to come closer to being the world's largest PC seller last year. 2006 annual sales experienced a 24% surge in growth for the last quarter according to the PC tracker from IDC.
International sales at Dell Inc dropped to just 1.5 per cent in the quarter. HP has been plagued in 2006 by spying scandals and an unimpressive PC market in the United States. Dell now only holds 0.1% more market share than HP.Source
