I am interested in setting up whats called a "Press One" campaign. Basically i use a computer to make tons of calls to residential phone lines. The computer recognizes the person vs the ans machine etc.. and the person is sent through a series of prompts IE. press 1 if you want to hear about the 1% rate, press 2 to be removed from our list etc.

Eventually the goal is to use VOIP so my phone bill isnt ridiculious and to get tons of people wanting to use my service (mortgage lending).

This is already being done of course.

Is this a difficult thing to put together? Is it expensive? Im doing my reading right now on VOIP and IVR systems but im curious on if anyone has some direction they can push me in.

Im up to my ears in leads loans and research and any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks.
