I recently took the timetank off my tracfone and its's working great but has anyone gotten caught doing this and what are the penalty's and how do i keep from getting caught?? Thanx

They can sue you for services rendered as well as an FCC violation (probably about $500 or so).

But how could they catch me I dont have any personal information on my account and my email address doesnt either??? thanx
