On various Nokia's *3001#12345# <-- all purpose admin center ,seems to work along with *#639# <--cloning

Actually, That code is not for cloning, it is only for changing the MIN (Mobile Identification Number) you still would have to change the ESN to match the MIN, or calls cannot be placed or received. Text messages, on the other hand, can still be recieved, as long as the number you changed your cell number to has the same Service Provider as the cell that you changed the MIN for has/had. Those codes also only work on nokias that are TDMA or CDMA, not ones that are GSM and have a SIM card. Also, the *3001#12345# code is for Nam1/2/3 Programming.
