A Wisconsin high school student has had his legal action asking for summers free of homework thrown out of court by Milwaukee County Circuit Judge Richard Sankovitz.
Court officials told reporters that the judge may order 17-year-old Peer Larson's to pay the state's costs as well as dismissing his case as frivolous he added that it should have been directed at the school board.
Larson's case called for his math teacher and schools superintendent to be barred from assigning homework over the summer.
