The demo is available now http://www.unrealtournament2003.com/ The full release is scheduled for Summer 2002, they say Sep 27th or Oct 1st at the latest.
Linux is now up and running pretty well. I've been told that we should be able to release the Linux client and server executables around the same time as the windows version ships. Official tech support isn't provided for the Linux versions. Currently Linux will only work well with Nvidia cards - apparently ATI's OpenGL Linux and Mac drivers don't support texture compression. Hopefully this is something they will soon fix. Mac development (OS X) is just underway so it will still be a little while before it's done. -Mark Rein http://www.planetunreal.com/ut2003/
ut2003 release date: september 26 the linux client and server already are included from the beginning. (they are on cd3) Altough it isn't mentioned on the box cause they never thought they would be able to finish it when the game ships. And at the beginning, it will only run on geforce cards on linux

rofl, no crime, it has gone gold some days ago, so it's impossible to have it. But it's possible that you have a leaked demo, cause they are a few of them...
