i dont want to sound like a newbie, because im not but i didnt know where to put this so move it if you like- i have a problem, i am the administrator on my computer as i know the most between me, my brother and mom- im running XP, and my mom had the first account set up when we first installed it thus giving her administrative access. i then made my user anemand gave myself that access too. lately, ive been looking for the "Administrative Tools" tab in the control panel and cant find it at all. i looked on my mom's username in case she had it, but nbody has this tab/option- any ideas as to where it may have gone?

try going into the control panel. while in it, click on "Switch to Classic View".
