Dreamweaver didnt work for me. After finally sorting all the errors out that I was getting when installing it, It gave me the message: This is not a supported OS. I used wineX though. Although just becuase I couldnt get it to run doesnt mean you wont be able to. Tell me if you have any luck.

There is http://f4l.sourceforge.net flash for linux. Dreamweaver for linux http://d4l.sourceforge.net is still in development.

lol WineX is for Games; use them both :/. I've heard of people using older versions of dreamweaver with wine; customization is the real issue.

Yea, Everything I am reading says it is very distribution dependent. And also one Red Hat box will not set up the same as another. I am working at it though. Hit a copule snags. If I get it perfected I will post what I did, Distro, release version, config of dir's and partions etc, etc...

Gizmo, winex is a windows emulator that comes with ported MS directX libraries which wine lacks. That is why you have to pay for wineX. It is not only for games. A windows emulator is a windows emulator just this one has Direct X support.

WineX 3.3 Brings you Steam
Issued on Tuesday February 17, 2004

TransGaming is pleased to announce the release of WineX 3.3, dubbed "Infinite Improbability Drive", giving our users access to Windows games in Linux, with greater ease. TransGamers can now download WineX in RPM, Debian and TGZ formats.

The majority of the technical improvements in WineX 3.3 have been driven by the implementation of support of Steam. Support for its online games has resulted in improved socket and pipe support as well as a major enhancement to font support. In addition to Steam, this release contains copyprotection enhancements and support for Dark Age Of Camelot as well some success in making a number of other titles functional with workarounds, although not to a point yet where we can say that they are supported.

Sin, winex is commonly used FOR games, since generally mainly games use DirectX. Why not just install them both...

waste of space. winex = wine + dx libs and other stuff. winex can do everything wine can do and more. like why of ms outlook on your computer when you have ms office with outlook express? bad example but you get the picture.
