IP spoofing is a blind attack, but I remember reading somwhere something about predicting sequence numbers so you can guess the response of the target machine. Anyone know where I can read more about this?

umm read the technical report from simmumora (cant spell his name) on mitnicks attack on his machine. its very good, and shows mitnicks skill in something other than social engineering.

Man Mitnick was high skilled in everything. Simmumora is a fuckin jerk, he just couldn't handle the fact that someone was much better than him, and hacked him up. Kevin will be released 20th of January of the year 2003, than we'll see.
