I'm having trouble configuring MSSQL 8 to work with PHP 5. I've followed all of the documents, and read up on details that could be missed. Checked and rechecked everything and can't find a thing wrong. When trying to install PHPbb2, it says "The PHP configuration on your server doesn't support the database type that you chose". Yet, according to the install manual, and every other resource I can find it is set up right. If anyone has had a similar problem and can help, or has any idea's as to what it might be your help is appreciated. Thank you in advance.

You should try using MySQL instead of MSSQL.
