i think hes a pro, it doesn't take much, there are sniper schools across america that anyone can train in. the death penalty would depend on what state he is in and what their policy is. death penalty is dictated by states government not federal. even though he has killed in several diff states so i don't know if that brings it to a larger level. latest news i heard is that he is demanding several million dollars to be put in a bank account or else he plans to kill more people particularly children.

and yes, he will get the death penalty...unless some shit happens like with charles manson, who is still alive. he got the death penalty but it was removed b/c of some liberal bullshit so he didnt die...and is now 60 somthing. i doubt the same will hapen to the sniper, but with a $500,000 price tag on his head, im thinking some bounty hunter will catch him before the cops...which will really damn cool
