These are all virus's picked up by most anti-virus programs. But they are still able to be downloaded from sites that are so ovbious. I need to know if they have a use other then that of malicious nature. Is it possible that you could use them for good?
Please reply asap.

They are RATs remote administration tools. Like gizmo said, they are all legitimate programs, but are often misused disguised as other things and become trojans. A trojan is usually a remote administration tool disguised as something else. Any disguiused program can be a trojan. The word trojan denotates something appearing to be what its not. Which in a way I think a lot of this adware/spyware should be called trojans because they use the guise of another program to gain access to your system.
