Everyone who has used mIRC, must have seen and used most of it's features.
But when it comes to the mIRC's little hidden Cookies and secrets, hardly
nobody can claim to know all of them. But I can, and soon you can too !

The Hidden Secrets of mIRC client:

(Note that there *might* still be a hidden secret that even I don't know of !)
-=> The Bouncing Dot !
To find the bouncing little dot, you have to select mIRC client's "About"
window open by clicking an icon that is the first from the right in mIRC's
toolbar, or you can choose mIRC's "Help" menu and "About..." under it. Now when
you have the About window open and active, click right mouse button in it. You
will see that a little "i" dot will start to bounce over the word mIRC. Wow
-=> The Furry Crocodile !
To find the Furry Crocodile, go to mIRC's About window again like described
in the Bouncing Dot section. Now when you have the About window open and active,
type the word "ARNIE" with your keyboard. After this you will see a funny big
crocodile appearing to the About window, replacing the mIRC authors picture.
You have just met Arnie, the author's pet ! That's pretty cool actually. Hehe !
-=> The Changing Logo !
To find the Changing Logo, go to mIRC's About window again like described in
the Bouncing Dot section. Now when you have the About window open and active,
click the mIRC icon with your left mouse button. You will see the icon change
to the old mIRC logo. You can click it again and it changes back to normal.
-=> The Squeaking Nose !
To find the Squeaking Nose, go to mIRC's About window again like described in
the Bouncing Dot section. Now when you have the About window open and active,
click the mIRC author's nose with your left mouse button. Be sure to click
exactly on the nose and you will hear a funny "squeak" sound if you have a
soundcard and speakers in your computer. Nice sarcasm, I might say.
-=> The Smiley Face !
To find the Smiley Face, you need to press down [Shift] key in your keyboard
and click "About mIRC" icon in the toolbar with left mouse button. Be sure to
hold down the [Shift] while you click the toolbar icon, and you will see it
change to a smiley face. Click it again, and it will turn back to normal.
-=> The Silly Comments !
To find the Silly Comments, you need to place your mouse pointer over the
About icon in mIRC's toolbar, and click right mouse button. Keep on clicking
approx 30 times to see all of the comments hidden into the icon. You may have
already found this secret before, but it's still pretty funny.
-=> The Joke E-mail Address !
To find the Joke E-mail Address, you need to click "Finger address" icon in
the mIRC toolbar. The finger-dialog pops up. Press cancel. Do the same again. On
the third time, you will get Arnie's (Khaled's pet) e-mail address.
-=> The Vertical Tiles !
I am not sure if this is a secret but I'll add it here anyway. To find this
one, you need to do the following: place your mouse pointer over the "Tile
Windows" icon in the mIRC's toolbar and hold down [Shift] key. Then press the
button with left mouse button. It tiles all of the open windows vertically.
