The ability to create and use our own avatars would be rad. If this were the case then each user could express themselves much more so then is capable with the present selection.

I think the way it is setup now, you either have the ability due to position or you can ask real nicely. Not everyone needs to have the need to express themselves. And if they are important enough to express themselves, they can probably do it best in the content of their contributions to the board.

That be a lot of requests, thinkings, and chaos. The titles always were like you earned them... Go there and like you have a connection to them. If you just made a title for your self it takes away that fun.
