I HAD THIS MORNING WHEN I START UP MY PC IT WONT READ THE DRIVE C IT WONT BOOT
AND IF I USE FDISK TO PARTITION MY DRIVE THERE IS NO FIXED DISK WHAT WOULD I DO TO START IT UP
CAN YOU HELP ME..?

Go into your BIOS and see what it says about your drives.
Check the connections to your drive. Make sure all the plugs are in there.

Possibly, but i've gotten messages like this plenty of times when i've been messing with things, but every time i've succesfully recovered everything. You can't just tell someone you have an error like that. You need to tell them what happened to cause it. That's the only way you to solve it. Errors like these just don't happen spontaneously.

BTW: You can only get a boot sector virus from floppy disks, harddrives, or other hardware bootable media.
