railman99 Junior Member Registered: 05/22/06 Posts: 2 Loc: Senior Systems Engineer	Not sure what you mean by "embedded IRDs" Here is what I did to unlock a friend's Viewsat Extreme VS2000 for Dish: Go to pureFTA, read the Viewsat Tutorials here: http://www.purefta.com/forum/forumdisplay.php?f=94 Instructions here: http://www.purefta.com/forum/showthread.php?t=157 The .PGM files are here for Viewsat Platinum and Viewsat Extreme: http://www.purefta.com/forum/forumdisplay.php?f=90 Opkey file load instructions here: http://www.purefta.com/forum/showthread.php?t=156 Proper settings are listed here: http://www.purefta.com/forum/showthread.php?t=160 Viewsat User Guide here: http://www.purefta.com/forum/showthread.php?t=20 In short, first download load2 then use it to load latest .PGM file, then use it to load opkey file, then do an AUTOSCAN for the satellites, you are done.
