Are we talking IP ownership (which I doubt as it can be anywhere) or domain ownership? If domain ownership, they can lick my nads, if they don't snag the domain first the it's their own fault...
That's like me whining that I don't own whitehouse.com when it's a porn site and I have absolutely no control over it since it's owned by an individual other than myself and was registered long before I had even thought of it...
