The game is called .kkrieger, it's currently only in the beta stage of development, but is playable.
How big is this game?
96KB. Using the same fucktacular compression and on-the-fly texture and sound generation as prior releases.
The games going to be 128KB when it's finished, which will take less than a second to download on standard high-speed.
