I think Photoshop and Paint Shop Pro are both in version 7 still bP. If you are interested in getting Photoshop 7, I have a few ideas of where you can get it. Just email or IM me. I can burn and send if necessary. I don't use it anymore, so you can have my serial.

You will be unable to submit a graphic on the site for everyone to see (for initial judging). If you submit them via Email to me they will be accepted up until December 5th.

Voting will begin on December 5th with the winner announced on the 20th. The winner will have 1 week (7 days) after the announcement to contact us to recieve their account information.
