Does anyone know of a good program for copying the music from a music video (MPEG).....

I have a ton of music videos on my laptop, but wish to put some of the songs on CD's, due to restrictions that have been placed on the current internet connections I am using, I can not d/l music, so this is the only way to do it.........

Any help would be greatly appreciated.........
