75 6-foot, 700-pound Mickey Mouse statues were unveiled as a part of the Disney 75th Birthday celebrations last autumn, all inspired by celebrities. One of them was inspired by Janet Jackson and was wearing a tight black outfit Jackson wore in 1990.

The statues have now been moved to Philadelphia. The statues will greet investors at Wednesday's annual shareholder meeting. All but that inspired by Janet Jackson. This Mickey has been replaced by one designed by Luis Fernandez, a Disney artist.

About the "nipplegate" at the Super Bowl halftime show, Gary Foster, a Disney spokesman said: "Considering all the controversy it drew, we talked it over for a couple of days and decided it would be best to replace hers with a new one."
