The Dana Centre in London opened its doors this week, with the goal being to smash taboos and talk openly about sensitive issues revolving around sex and science.

The director of the new museum, Lindsay Sharp, said: "I don't think there's any subject we'll not deal with." The museum shows subjects like death, sex, pain, torture, pleasure and even suicide. Only those over the age of 18 will be allowed entry.

Dr Sharp states that the main objective of the centre is that scientific discussions, art and performances could be all adults-only and all under one roof. "We want to be a sort of ICA [Institute of Contemporary Arts] for science."
