Sandy and Richard Nauman of Iowa have been sued by the RIAA because their teen kids downloaded songs off the Internet. They are the latest of 90 separate defendants named by the RIAA in its latest legal barrage against downloading.

The RIAA lawsuit claims the Naumans' 15-yr old daughter and 18-yr old son downloaded songs ranging from Bill Joel to the Outkast. The teens admit to downloading the songs.

The Naumans' lawyer has advised them to settle with the RIAA.
