A new method of comparing DNA to determine the risk of cancer in humans has determined that we are not as alike as we are surposed to be. This breakthrough was a result of a accidental discovery.

Researchers found that each person is very different as some may be missing large segments of DNA and some may have duplicated sections of DNA.

Team leader Craig Venter said: "I think it's pretty important" and "This helps explain with very little sequence differences we humans come up with such big differences".
