I'm not a doctor, but that sounds like a ganglion (sp?) cyst, put your wrist down flat against a desk or counter or something and have someone hit it with a really big book. That should do it. I'm serious. That's one of the only ways to make it go away. I had one on my wrist once, and I paid (well, my parents actually) over $1,000 to have a doctor hit it with a freakin' book.
