Do the free proxy's log your ip at all? Oh, and is there anyway to trace a person through a proxy while they are connected to you? Basically are there any dangers after you've gone through a proxy or are you for the most part anonymous?

that all depends. proxies keep logs but those are deleted after a while. best thing to do is use proxies that are not in the states. so if someone sees the proxy IP an he wants to contact the administrator or the proxy he would first have to find a way to talk to him, different language etc.

So what utilitie do you use to scan for cisco routers that have the default password? I can find tons of info on controlling the routers themselves. But how do you find them in the first place? If using a port scanner is there a particular port I scan for?
