MEXICO CITY (Reuters) - Mexico's telecommunications regulator has found that Carlos Slim's fixed-line telephone company, Telmex, and pay-television provider Dish Mexico have undisclosed economic links that might breach anti-trust rules, newspaper El Financiero said on Monday.
