Terrorists working in Iraq against US forces have openly admitted that they hope their campaign of bombings will have a negative influence towards President Bush in the upcoming US elections.

Their hope is that a Kerry Administration would scale back US involvement in Iraq. "We've got to work to change the election, and we've done so. With our strikes, we've dragged Bush into the mud," Abu Jalal told the Iraqi reporter.

Meanwhile, foreign extremists are hoping Bush wins, because he is such a lightning rod for anti-American sentiment.
