Police gave a woman posing as a stripper the identity of a college student. Using the student's Social Security number and driver's license the woman went to work in the TotalXposure strip club in Troy, Ohio as part of a police sting.

Gary Nasal, the Miami County Prosecutor, says the tactics were justified and legal - due to a recent change in the law allowing police to use a person's identity. "I don't apologize for the investigation and the conduct," Nasal said.

"I don't know much about law, but I would say that's just baloney," said David Dawson the father of the girl whose identity was used. Rep. Jim Hughes who sponsored last years legislation said his bill "was not intended for that, I can tell you that."
