Ok. This next solution is a little more difficult to pull off. Download regmon (registry monitor) from http://www.sysinternals.com.
Track down the registry value that stores this license information and I'll create the necessary key/values you require into a .reg file.
The technique involves running the registry monitor and filter everything except Visual Basic registry accesses. Run it as you get the dialog box that tells you that you don't have the permission or whatever. At that point you should see where Visual Basic looked for this license information
