That means that 62 out of 1504 members are female, that's roughly 24 males to every one female... The good news however is that, females are starting to come around more often, at least for signups... Perhaps some will start *speaking* lol...

I read a study a while back about males and females. It stated that females in classroom enviroments usally raise thier hand less. Answer less questions and are vocal less around males. Now when they seperated them and compared the females excelled and participated more. Maybe males are to harsh or vocal and females (in general ladies) withdraw a bit.

We all know females are more emotional. Maybe as men we are too hard on them sometimes. For example when you flame me I might chuckle and say under my breath *assholes* and keep posting, where a lady might scream ASSHOLES! and never come back.

Or it could be we are all a bunch of geeks and girls usally do not care about code and video games. They just sign up for a bunch of hacker sites when they want to jack thier boy fiends email account.

That may be true of some women. I, however never had a problem raising my hand (as long as I knew the answer) Then again I was always a teacher's pet. I also never had a problem correcting/challenging the teacher. (especially if said teacher was of the male gender )
