They are calling themselfs "Algerian's underground Intelligence Service" and if you ask me they have a very similar design with UGN.

lol i know.. if you look at the images, for the title bar, they say UGN in them, if you look at their footer it sais UNDERGROUNDNEWS but it has a copyright for some redskin company pointing to VNC Web Design its like "[censored] dipshit"...
