I've long used PHPMyAdmin for updating MySQL databases; but I'm getting tired of the standard theme... Once you look at something too long sometimes you get tired of it (UGN exemption dag nabbit!)...

Definitly Artic ocean. Or if you dont want a possible bias opinion then the orange one is cool too. XAMPP.

I like it cause it stands out. The orange isnt boring and overused like the other colours which have been used like 10 times.

Would tend to agree the Artic Ocean is defiantly more ascetically pleasing

I went ahead and installed it and opened up PHPMyAdmin, i actually noticed that I had 2 errors; it made the error boxes at least look like "hey you, look at me!" vs just "blah blah blah text sitting here"; additionally all portions of the theme are pleasing to the eyes, the fonts don't make you squint every other section ...
