It means you need to partake in a more active role; both in fulfilling your current position and showing that you have the aptitude for the new one...

Think it would be cool if users could make professional profiles, listing their skills and certifications.

Oh and new graphics would be awesome, still feels like the Optix era.

I'm holding out on any promotions on the boards till the new forum is up and running; which could very well be built up to your sugguestion of professional profiles (with an area to update it based on your login cookie)

clean up the forums...currently have 33 forums counting the archive forums. ugn also currently has a "ugn staff lounge" and "administrative notes" (these seem like it could be made into one forum?) also forums like ugn bugs, ugn suggestions, ugn store which havn't had new posts for months. it just seems like theres a lot of clutter that doesn't need to be there.

Some portions will be cleaned up a smidge, there are several which haven't been in use for a while which will be worked on, and there are a couple which can't be edited...

Bugs/Sugguestions will be merged.
Store will be merged with Site News.
Staff/Admin Notes can't be merged as there is content that isnt' for staff eyes...

oh, and also i need some updated pics of icemyst too, thanks.
