It isn't often that we staff someone, and it's even a rarity that we staff someone that has a 0 post count

We've been talking to Phatal ont he IRC server for a while now andhe made the small request to have a staff position for news so I decided that it was definatley fine (especially since we need more news people!).
Keep in mind that if you plan on being a mod/ircop/admin (heh, rare on the last one), that doing news is the first step ...
