For some unknown reason our ImageMagick path wasn't declaired properly on the UGN Security Photo Album... It turns that this issue may have been one for some time which made it so we couldn't upload photos... I went ahead and updated the path to the proper location to repair the issue.

I'm not sure how LONG this was an issue but it's now fixed.
