LOS ANGELES (Reuters) - Hollywood studios may find it impossible to squash a Web-based movement to facilitate the illegal copying of high-definition DVDs, even though the law is on their side, because the information has already been distributed so widely.

That's too bad. Lots on stuff getting jacked for free. boo
They need to discount the prices on such luxuries... That will thwart a lot of piracy...

Look at everything else, it comes out high priced, and goes down with them due to inflation...

Not with DVD's, not with Music... If it went down I'd so buy legit music, and movies, and all that crap... And DVDMusic cd's would be more mainstream...

Now HDDVD and BlueRay (and soon to be multiple others) come out, at the SAME prices as normal DVD's? With players that cost $1200 or so? Coarse I can just buy a PS3 for $600 and have a decent BluRay player in it lol...
