[Reuters] SanDisk and Ritek settle suit, sign license deal

NEW YORK (Reuters) - Flash memory maker SanDisk Corp. on Friday said it settled its patent litigation against Ritek Corp. and signed a royalty-bearing cross-license agreement with the Taiwanese manufacturer.
