how can i use windows programming to disable the keyboard?

What do you mean by windows programming? A program that you will make? Or going into the config folder of windows and uninstalling the keyboard driver??
perhaps he wants to know the API function(s) required to disable the keyboard, if there are any. I myself don't feel like looking it up.
