what is the program that I can use that will allow me to attach a file eg. server, with another file eg. picture?

I know of one but it got deleted accidently and now i carnt find it. I also forgot what it was called (I haven't used it for years) but I just realised I needed it today so if any of you underground elite hackers can give me a push in the right direction then i would be most grateful.

Saran Wrap is one, there are many others, found through googling, something such as "embed program images". Or some such, you should get the idea.

I found silk rope, that was the one that i had before.

The saran wrap only allows you to join BO and another exicutable right?

naw it allows wraping of executables, but you have to know how to use it, unless they went past the first starter version I saw, then they might have changed it. I can however talk about this off boards if your having trouble, but I won't be specific here. As it's again the tos/policy of UGN. No problem btw, I enjoy helping out.
