The first commercial manned space vehicle is being launched June 21rst.
The privately developed "rocket craft" is being dubbed "SpaceShipOne".
The flight will reach 62 miles into sub-orbital space.
Investor Paul Allen, and aviation technologist Burt Rutan created the program. It will attempt the first non-government flight leaving the Earth's atmosphere.
Note this is not the speed or distance required to continually orbit the earth. But a rare, and big step for civilian kind, under commercialism. Versus say, NASA.
