Anthony J. Lindhorst of Waterloo, Illinois has been charged with aggravated battery and will stand trial after putting his semen in sandwiches. He has been caught out on at least two occasions by adding his 'mix' to honey-mustard dressing.
A police spokeswoman said Lindhorst (26) would target "people that he didn't like, for one reason or another." One victim was a woman in her early 40s and the other was a male police officer who had issued Anthony a traffic ticket.
Police said Lindhorst had worked at the restaurant for a year, but was sacked in April for bringing brownies mixed with marijuana to work. He served the brownies to two co-workers and two of the four aggravated battery charges are from that incident.
