Hidden Web Cam Found Under Desk - 05/23/04 10:23 AM
A female employee of the Orange County Fire Department happened to look under her desk and saw a small wireless web cam pointed right up her skirt.
Hector Valle, an employee in the computer department is accused of planting the cam which could have transmitted the images to anywhere. Valle is described as a trustworthy person in his personnel file. Valle resigned immediately upon its discovery.
Detectives are working towards arresting Valle for attempted voyeurism since there is no proof the images were transmitted.
