The Senate voted majority to restore a ban on taxing Internet connections for four years. Even with a permanent ban approved by the House.
This problem involves the two, and puts them against the telecommunications industry. Who's working to broaden quite a few services against state, and local governments. Who are worried they could lose billions in tax revenue.
