George Bush Senior says He is "Not Satisfied" with Relief Efforts after Katrina - 09/08/05 03:39 AM

George Bush Sr., father of the current President, told Larry King, of CNN, that he was unsatisfied with the way the aftermath of Hurricane Katrina was handled. Still Bush Sr. defended his son's position and said:

"What can he do? He can just go out and do what he's doing today, showing that the federal government's involved, has been involved, will continue to be involved ... He cannot listen to every critic from the editorial page of The New York Times."

Former President, Bill Clinton is calling for a commission, charged with looking into the events after Katrina hit and making "personnel decisions" in emergency management, to be formed in due course. For now the priority is to keep on saving lives.
