Habeas corpus or right to a trial gone in USA - 12/20/06 11:52 PM

Boys and girls do not believe me... Please read from legit news sources. You right to a fast and fair trial is gone. This one right, was the support for many others. If you are found to be an "unlawful enemy combatant," you are now subject to prison without trial.

No appeal, no trial by jury, no nothing. You will be scooped up and put in a hole till the powers that be feel like letting you out. Think I am full of shit? This is now US law passed by both houses

"Habeas Corpus" or "bring the body" is a right under the constitution that allows you the right to say.

What am I in prison for?

The Constitution of the United States is explicit that habeas corpus may be suspended only in time of rebellion or invasion. We are not dealing with either. But Congress before they closed this session quickly passed "The Military Commissions Act of 2006". Most voted on it without even reading the damn bill. This bill gives so much power to the executive branch of our government it makes George Orwell's 1984 seem like Disney land. George Bush asked congress to quickly pass this bill. Time was of the essence he said. I bet it was George. The next Congress will not be as easily swayed.

People we are in 1939 Germany right now. Any Tyrant who has ever come to power did so swaying the people into thinking they were in great danger. Read history, study 9/11 WTC, study 7/7 London train bombings. On both of these both governments were conducting training exercises dealing with that exact senerio as it happened... Ummm maybe this is just me, but I find that ODD!!! Okay enough from me... Here are some reliable sources.

nice to know they said fuck you to The Constitution since you have to make an amendment to it in order for that bill to be legal. Wonder when they're just going to burn it and skrew off the rest of our rights?

They didn't have to make an amendment because the law in question is a corollary to the Geneva Conventions; it doesn't contravene the Constitution because The Constitution doesn't establish rights for enemy combatants. But, the line continues to blur. You never know when the government will 'find' a link between someone and an terrorist organization and find a way to charge you as an unlawful enemy combatant.

I'm all for fighting terrorism. If someone who killed massive numbers of Americans for sure is held without charge, I honestly don't care. But with the way court systems work, you don't always know 100% undenably that someone commited a crime. It only means that the argument is convincing enough to sway a military tribunal or a jury of peers. And this means that you or anyone could be deemed a terrorist if you commit a crime that falls under the jurisdiction of those laws.

Look at all the stupid laws we have, or even the justificiation of some of the new internet laws they've come up with; they can ultimately single anyone for anything for some bullshit charge and throw their ass out of the country for being a terrorist... Fuck our civil liberties or freedom, if we don't conform to the perfect mold our ass is left forgotten from history...

This bill defines the act of protesting as being that of a "enemy combative". It will not be long before you are not allowed to speak your mind. Check it out...

9/11 has shape the political landscape ever since it has happened. Did you know the owner of WTC bought it 6 weeks before 9/11 and made sure it had terrorist coverage? $15,000,000. He made $7.000,000,000 in insurance claims. Every black box from each plane had some sort of damage.

Check this out, the weakest point in the "Official story" is building 7 falling. Building 7 was never touched by a plane. But it fell later that evening. The owner is on film saying they made the decision to "pull it" then he watched it fall. Later he said by pull it he meant to get everyone out.

See it takes weeks to set the explosives to drop a building. If the explosives were set before that might raise a flag. What is really odd is building 7 fell faster than the speed of gravity.

PBS Documentary - Larry Silverstein says he said pull it

Talk about how fast it fell

So I ask you... Building 7 fell on Sept 11, 2001. In all the chaos, would you as a demo team go in and set explosives in a fraction of the time it normally would take you? No... Then how did they get it done so fast... Never mind, Larry Silverstein later says he never meant it that way. Watch the video and tell me what you think.

In WTC 1 and WTC 2 fire fighters speak about explosions in the basement and on other floors.

Since this major event Larry Silverstein made billions of dollars and the powers that be have had the green light on any bill they can think of. Who had more to gain? Terrorists that by the way are alive and have been interview...

Ready for something really odd? On 9/11 The us was engaged in a large training event. They were traing for exactly what happened on 9/11.

So 9/11, 7/7 Patriot act 1 and 2 and now the Military Commission Act of 2006 which actually states if you do not swear loyalty to the president you can be put to death. Oh it also green lights almost all forms of torture, and sexually torturing children.

No I am not making this up, yes this is a law on the books as of October 17, 2006.

Well on 7/7 the British Gov was practicing for a subway terrorist attack. Guess what... That is when the subway bombings happened.
