Has anyone got any above the norm or really cool cheats to share? Not the typical tank and weapons stuff. Really different stuff.

what makes you think there is? you would have most likely found them by now... or you can just modify the game a bit, change the cars, add other stuff, i dunno gta3.com offers stuff like that, but "above normal cheats" i dunno...
