Anyone play this game yet ? Its pretty sweet.. i almost got a level 20 Dark Elve. Just wanted to see if anyone else plays this game.

heh there's a few Lineage 2's:D:X being that Lineage is a well known word. Is this a pay rpg, or a free one? Online? 3d? 2d? Wha? 
heh, and um, it looks lik rpg. I like rpg's. Though I'm almost always a paladin, and a human or a High Elf. Heh, I've played many classes, I just like a mix magic/melee. Since back to age 12, playing AD&D. Um Monks too, yea, human monks. I'm real interested though, so I'll await an answer.=]
btw you should come on the Irc, more Ice:) Lots of ppl should, but few do. Some guest, and stuff once in a while. Some join, are there for a week to a month, and stuff. heh,

heh dood more info on it! lol I may have a system soon that can handle it:/ I need some new way to have fun/take out aggression every couple days to every week or so.:|

Well heres my little review on the game lol = )
I have a level 30 Assasin.
1) This game is about 2 things and 2 things only.
Adena (Money) and Leveling
It truly gets a little boaring when ur 28+... U have to keep killing and killing and killing and killing (U get my point)
If u dont have at least a 900k weopen by level 25, ur not geting to far
2) The quests are not that bad... A lot of walking around
3) There are a lot of Asian hardcore players that try to ruin it for the rest of use
they come and take over a place and say something like "YOU go pk pk pk you go" and then they harrass u.
4) There are a lot of Bots (Char controlled by programs to Farm (Collect a lot of money) With out any breaks. They KS (Kill Steal) and loot ur stuff if u go near there area.
5) The PVP Karma system (The good/evil thing) is MESSED UP. U pk someone and u go red. When ur red, anybody can attack u and get no punishment....
No point of going red (and u have a better chance droping ur item when ur red)
6) The game still has tons of exploits all used by the chineese
7) NCSoft does not want to ban the chineese of the NA (North American) Servers for some reason.
The Chineese have more servers then use and still come to ours
8) Theres a lot of Adena (Money) Being sold on Ebay. So newbs are walking around with 1Million + Weopens.
If ur gonna get the game wait till Chroncile 1 comes out
Its the patch that will introduce more items.. more quests.. Finally have Castle Sieges, will fix the pvp system and will hopefully fix all the exploits and all the bots.
If u like MASS Carnage and u dont mind loosing ur items when u die and love pking other poeple.. this game will be good for u
If u just like leveling and get to the highest level as possible, Dont bother (U will be targeted by clans etc for pking if ur hight level cause u might drop a good item)

Remeber.. Char from Beta did not get Whiped... So theres basically 2 levels
The so so Newbs (20 +)
And the Pros (30+)
Theres no complete newbs there (There is some) but not a lot so the economy is a little [censored] at the moment. Low leve items (USLESS) Low level quests (USLESS) etc...

Yes it cost 49.99 to get the game (U get a free month) Then it costs 15.99 a month.
The graphics are much better then realm and its a little but more fun.

U got 4 Classes

Then in the Begining u can go either Fighter or Caster.
From there at level 20 u can change ur Occupation. (theres couple for every class)
When i hit 20.. i did the Assasin Quest and became a Assasin (Dagger User) When i hit 40 i will become the Abyss Runner (CRAZY damage with the dagger)
U can have Archers, Healers, Assasins, Dark Wizards, Wizards, Knights, theres couple more..
Its fun but takes a lot of ur time if u wanna actually become strong.

BTW, its pretty much all cookie cutted char.
All the Str.. Dex.. Int.. all that is put atomatically when u level.. so u dont have smarter char.. stronger char.. it all depends on ur ITEMS (remember how i said MONEY is everything in that game). You get to pick ur skills but there isnt a LOT of skills to learn
U can learn every skill ur char has by level 60.. highest u can go is 70 know... I dont think anyone in the North American server is even close..
I know some Asians on the asians servers are close..

LoL, if I commited myself to get lvl 70 I would:D Maybe within the first 10 or whatever to do it. I'm a game master man:D I just know the lower rung to higher. I don't do that though. I go slow, help thousands of people, and have fun. That's what a game is about to me. Um so it's 2 like Realm? Not REAL 3d like everquest? Just thinking, even now 5 years later EQ is still less in cost for the base 4-5-6 packages(all comes in a kit to get you up to um.. LoY or PoP I believe. Then you have like one or two packages left to get or some bull crap. Maybe it's all 4, up to luclin then 2-3 to buy. But either way, the last 2-3 are for HIGH [censored] level good skill players. Killing gods, and giants/other [censored] massive hard quests where you need 2+ people a lot of times 10+.
Either way 15.99 per month I think it's 12.99 on eq, and wow dood. If that's like just a little over realm. Their moving slow with it, their not making ppl happy with the chinese/other player [censored], and not fixing crap. Then chargine you alot...:| hmm...yea.
I dunno. I may just play UT2k4, EQ(rarely), and TxO, formerly TMO(the matrix online, again rarely). Once I get a laptop/job.

I know I may be bringing up a long dead thread but Lineage 2 Rocks now that C1 came out. I am personaly a level 44 Spellhouler (Over powered Dark Elf Mage) Now that NCsoft finaly got off their [censored] and did something the game is great. You should check it out. If you do get the game let me know also make your account on server 2 (sieghardt) they changed the graphics on the armor and weapons they added new stuff its great. Also they expanded the level cap to 75 one of my good friends is level 64.82 so wer pretty close now to the level cap. about the adena farmers 99% of them are out for good and the exploits are close to none existant. so its REALLY worth the monthly fee. by the way check out the new screenshots on the site http://www.lineage2.com if you have any questions let me know
